For bookings cancelled within:
24 hours (1 day): 100% charge applied
48-72 hours (2-3 days): 75% charge applied
96-120 hours (4-5 days): 50% charge applied
144-168 hours (6-7 days): 25% charge applied
168+ hours (7+ days): 0% charge
Additional charge starting at $10 applied to all services booked within 3 days before and after calendar Holidays
If the distance of your home exceeds 25 minutes of travel time, a fee starting at $15 will be applied
If care is required past 4pm on the last day of an overnight booking, a charge equivalent of an additional night will be applied
